The room they gave us was top-notch and beautifully presented with antique furniture, a bath, extremely good value for money, plus having a coffeemaker and a refrigerator was an advantage.

The location was great, close to restaurants and bars. The pub is clearly very popular with the locals.- Just 3 km away from the hotel is Etruria Industrial Museum.

The staff at this hotel are always really kind. The room was absolutely stunning and fabulous, complete with warm radiators and a lovely en suite bathroom with a bath.- The hotel boasts a fantastic and magnificent location, just minutes away from a bus station.

This place was small and exceptionally clean with a fantastic, central location and friendly staff, and everything looked brand-new, and it was great to be just minutes away from a bus stop.

Been to the pub on a Friday night for a drink on a few occassions. I can understand it being close to Newcastle and on a Friday night that it can get quite full but when all you can hear is constant swearing with the F word and the staff don't take any notice or it's the manager that's sitting with the ones that are swearing, it spoils the atmosphere of the pub. I am glad I am not a guest at the hotel.

Constant swearing as if the place is a bar. Staff or Manager have a couldn't care less attitude. I myself have worked in s bar for years and would not stand for this. I pity those who are staying.
